Our Story
Airspace Broadband was conceptualized based on the vision to reduce the internet service gaps present in metropolitan cities versus tier-2 cities. Our company was born with an ambition to provide affordable yet high quality service to areas which have been neglected by traditional players. Hence, we decided to start our service in Udupi District of Karnataka and bring Fiber-To-The-Home and Wireless Broadband technologies to your homes.
We offer broadband over optic fiber and our tried and tested GEPON network ensures transfer of large amounts of data at speeds close to 500 MBPS.
Our founders come from humble backgrounds but with 18+ years’ experience in data communication network design, planning, performance enhancement, reengineering and optimization.

MEET OUR TEAM
Renjan Puthupparampil
Renjan has over 20 years’ experience in data communication networking technologies working with multiple telecom companies in India and abroad. Some of the big companies with whom he has worked on are TATA ISP, Reliance Communications, Bharti Airtel, City of London Telecom and ACT Fibernet. He has also worked as consultant to many ISPs. Prior to joining Airspace Broadband he was working with ACT Fibernet as Technology head.Having vast experience in Wireline and Wireless telecommunication Networking Technologies, he has also designed carrier grade core Networks for Vodafone Portugal, Porsche Germany and Lufthansa Germany. He was an integral member of the MEN Network implementation of Reliance Communications (2003) and Carrier Ethernet Network (CEN) Implementation of Bharti Airtel (2009).With numerous network technology certifications from Cisco, Huawei and Microsoft and short term courses from London Business School, UK, IIT Delhi and IIT Kanpur under his belt, Renjan is an ardent learner of latest broadband technologies. He is an open source enthusiast and deeply passionate about exploring and designing affordable and reliable technologies for rural broadband connectivity.He has done B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Calicut University, Kerala, and EPBM from IIM Calcutta.
Shamanth Murthy
Shamanth is the director of company focusing on strategic planning to ensure smooth expansion to un-tapped markets. He will be ensuring financial controls, marketing return on investments so that profitability is suitably utilized for network expansion and customer service initiatives. He will also be responsible for development of business processes for customer acquisition and customer service.
Having worked in product testing in the telecom domain, Shamanth has a deep understanding of internet networks and Voice-over-IP technologies. He is currently working as a consultant in the Banking and Financial services industry. He holds an engineering degree from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology and a post-graduate management diploma from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
